Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT)

Provide evaluation, evidence-based treatment, and discharge recommendations for children and adolescents with neurodevelopmental and mental health conditions in an office/play room setting
Demonstrate timely and effective documentation, reporting, and communication
Conduct regular care collaboration sessions with parents/caregivers
Work collaboratively with other providers through case consultations, internal referrals, and co-treatment, in a transdisciplinary model of care
This position is currently part-time with the possibility to expand over time. Current need is 5-10 clients per week over 1-2 days.

Fully Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council (BHEC).
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

HartWell Center is seeking a mental health therapist experienced in working with children, adolescents, and their families
Specialized experience or certifications in Child-Centered Play Therapy should be noted on resumes and elaborated on in cover letters

Bilingual fluency in Spanish is valued

You will be delivering services in-person. Our offices are located in Lockhart, TX near downtown. All clinical services and interventions are expected to be evidence-based and guided by a theoretical model.

We offer highly competitive, scaled hourly rates based on experience and expertise.
Clinicians at HartWell Center are 1099 contractors and are paid per client hour. Benefits are not provided at this time.

Work collaboratively with other providers through case consultations, internal referrals, and co-treatment, in a transdisciplinary model of care

Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Board of Occupational Therapy Examiners (TBOTE).
